The rotary cutter continuously shreds incoming edge strips into short waste sections, which can be collected or transported easily due to their size. They are usually arranged after slitters or trimming devices and, among other things, shred: Floor coverings or film strips weighted with minerals.

This machine is used for cutting and drilling door frame cladding. Parts made of wood and wood-like materials are processed e.g. MDF or chipboard already covered with veneer, decorative paper or a Cepal surface.

Depending on requirements, we also supply roller conveyors and length stop systems (with a measuring device) to ensure precise processing.

These machine are designed for the production of hinge halves. The hinge blank is formed in a rolling tool. Depending on the blanks dimensions and material thickness, there are 3 different types of this machine to choose from. In a following calibration station the rolled mounting hole is calibrated.
